Bright eyed, intelligent, happy and full of life is the best way to describe Starla. She is always up and ready for a game of fetch and could be trained to be a great running partner. She loves to play with other dogs and will do best in a home with kids ages 8 and up. She would love to be in a new home for the holidays.
