Adorable Tim was found running down a busy highway with his brother Russell. Thankfully a good Samaritan stopped and scooped them both up. Tim has a long streak of white hair down his back. The vet feels the injury was from some sort of burn. His back is healed but the hair follicles have been damaged so that is why his hair is white.
